Free use
Cutly is free to use for now. We may change this in future. If we introduce charges, we will tell you in advance and these terms will be updated.
Your responsibility
Cutly calculates layouts from the measurements you enter. Always check the results against your own measurements and plans before cutting. You are responsible for the sizes, quantities, grain direction and edge banding you enter, and for what you cut.
No warranty
Cutly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results are free of errors or that the app will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, wasted material or cost arising from your use of Cutly.
Your data
Your projects stay in your browser. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
